This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Authentic Intellect Publications (“AIP”) processes and fulfills digital and physical product orders placed through our website.

Digital Delivery

Digital products, including downloadable books, PDFs, and other electronically delivered materials, are generally made available immediately or shortly after successful payment processing.

Delivery may occur through secure download access, email confirmation, member account access, or another electronic delivery method appropriate to the product.

If you do not receive or cannot access a purchased digital product, please contact us so that we can review the order and assist with access.

Physical Product Fulfillment

Physical books, apparel, and accessories may require production, printing, processing, and fulfillment time before shipment.

Many physical products are produced or printed on demand. Processing and delivery timelines may therefore vary by product, destination, fulfillment requirements, and carrier availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery dates shown during checkout or in order communications are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Estimated timelines may be affected by production time, shipping carrier performance, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, delivery destination, and other circumstances outside AIP's control.

Multiple or Separate Shipments

Orders containing different product types may be produced or fulfilled separately. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in more than one package and on different delivery dates.

For example, printed books, apparel, accessories, and digital products may each follow different fulfillment or delivery processes.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is provided by the applicable fulfillment or shipping provider, AIP may make that information available through order communications or account-related order information.

Tracking availability and update frequency may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method used.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If you discover an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipment, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Shipping Delays

While AIP works to fulfill orders promptly, delays may occur due to weather, carrier interruptions, production delays, supply chain issues, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

A shipping delay does not necessarily indicate that an order has been lost or incorrectly fulfilled.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, or believe that a shipment is missing, please contact us so that we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

When applicable, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected product or packaging.

Refund and replacement requests are also subject to our Refund Policy.
