Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable books, PDFs, memberships, and other electronically delivered materials, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has occurred.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
Physical Products
Physical products, including printed books, apparel, and accessories, may be eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed.
Refund or replacement requests for physical products should generally be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
